The newer versions of the TAG Heuer Monaco improve on the older versions with a sapphire crystal, 1mm larger case and redesigned dial and case. The biggest technical difference is in the newer calibre 12 (older versions had the calibre 17) and what a cracking movement it is, based upon the ever reliable ETA 2892 but with a Dubois Depraz chronograph module, this movement boasts 28,800 vph, 42 hour power reserve and 55 jewels, as well as performing exceptionally well it looks stunning through the sapphire display back.
