Your watch will be sent by either insured post or courier. It will be sufficiently packaged to avoid any damage. If you are in Melbourne you can organise collection by appointment. All of our shipments are insured under our jewellers block insurance policy with Lloyds of London. What if I am not happy after I receive the watch? We offer a full refund, no questions asked, on all pre-owned watches. You must inform us of your intent to return the watch within 3 days of receipt. Receipt is counted from the moment you sign for the watch. The watch must be unworn and in the same condition as it was receieved. Please see our terms of business for further information. What sort of warranty do you offer? All of our new watches come with a 24 month warranty and our used watches come with a 3, 6 or 12 month warranty. Each watch specifies the warranty period.
